Developed and delivered a set of working norms to establish an embedded Content Design process throughout the development cycle. Partnered with cross-discipline colleagues against their processes and established a six month roll-out plan, beginning in H2 of FY24. The framework of these working norms was adopted by the overall Design Org to be rolled out beginning FY25. Initial rollout embedded content designers in product work streams, enhanced capacity planning and resourcing, and reduced IxD:CD ratios from 1:8+ to 1:4.

Led content design in sidebar development within the Messenger and Instagram video call IA to accommodate a new portfolio of augmented reality (AR) filters.
